1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
1.1 Legal Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between WFYI Technology Private Limited ("Company," "we," "us," "our," operating as "FylFlix") and you ("User," "you," "your"). By accessing, browsing, registering, or using the FylFlix platform (https://www.fylflix.com) ("Platform" or "Services"), you confirm that:
- You have read and understood these Terms completely
- You agree to be bound by all terms, conditions, and policies
- You accept all liability arising from your use of the Platform
- You understand FylFlix is available to users in India
1.2 Incorporation of Privacy Policy
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you also consent to:
- Collection of personal and financial data as described in Privacy Policy
- Processing and storage of information as per privacy terms
- Sharing of data with Tax Experts, CAs, and authorized third parties
- Cookie usage and analytics tracking

1.3 Multiple Agreements
If these Terms conflict with other agreements (privacy policy, specific service terms), the order of precedence is:

- Privacy Policy (supplementary for data handling)

1.4 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute waiver of that provision or any other right.
2. SERVICE DESCRIPTION & SCOPE
2.1 Services Offered
FylFlix provides the following services to individuals and businesses in India:

- Tax savings identification and recommendations
- Financial year planning guidance
- GST advisory (if applicable)
AI Tax Savings Prediction Tool:
- Automated AI analysis of financial information
- Prediction of potential tax savings
- Deduction identification
- Tax optimization suggestions
- Dashboard with financial trends and tax projections
Professional Tax Filing Services:
- Income Tax Return (ITR) filing with government authorities
- Representation before income tax department
- Tax audit assistance (if applicable)
- GST return filing (if applicable)
- Consultation with licensed Chartered Accountants (CAs)
Financial Planning:
- Investment strategy consultation
- Retirement planning guidance
- Insurance and risk assessment
- Wealth management advice
24/7 Expert Support:
- Chat consultation with Tax Experts and CAs
- Email support for queries
- Phone support during business hours
- Document review and verification
2.2 Scope of Services
What is Included:
- Consultation with licensed tax professionals
- Document analysis and preparation
- ITR filing with the Income Tax Department
- Tax optimization recommendations
- Dashboard access with 7-year financial history
- Email and chat support
What is NOT Included:
- Investment advisory (we provide guidance only; consult official advisors)
- Legal representation in court proceedings
- Representation for tax audits beyond standard consultation
- One-on-one legal advice (beyond tax filing scope)
- Services outside Indian tax jurisdiction
2.3 Geographic Scope
FylFlix Services are currently available to residents of India only. International users may have limitations on certain services. Services are designed for:
- Indian income earners
- Indian taxpayers filing ITR
- Indian businesses filing GST returns
- Compliance with Indian Income Tax Act and Rules
2.4 Service Availability
- Services are provided "as-is" and on an "as-available" basis
- We may temporarily suspend services for maintenance without prior notice
- We are not liable for downtime or temporary service unavailability
- We will attempt to provide 24-hour notice for scheduled maintenance
3. ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS
3.1 User Eligibility
To use FylFlix Services, you must:
Age Requirement:
- Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Minors may use services with parental/guardian consent and supervision
Legal Capacity:
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Not be prohibited from using services under Indian law
- Not be subject to sanctions or legal restrictions
Jurisdiction:
- Be a resident of India (for most services)
- Have a valid Indian phone number and email
- Have an Indian taxpayer status or income source
Professional Status:
- For professional consultations, you must provide accurate information
- You must be eligible to file ITR in India
- You confirm income sources are lawful and disclosed
3.2 Account Registration
Registration Requirements:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
- Use a valid email address and phone number
- Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters, mixed case/numbers/symbols recommended)
- Complete identity verification where required
OTP Verification:
- OTP sent via MSG91 to your registered phone number
- Required for account security and verification
- You are responsible for protecting your OTP
Account Information:
- You must provide: Full name, email, phone number, date of birth
- You must update information if it changes
- You are responsible for accuracy of personal information
- Providing false information may result in account suspension
3.3 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- All activities under your account
- Unauthorized access attempts must be reported immediately
- Not sharing account access with others
- Protecting your password from disclosure
Account Security:
- Use a strong, unique password
- Do not share login details via email or messaging
- Log out when using shared devices
- Report suspicious activity immediately to info@wfyi.ai
3.4 Multiple Accounts
- Each user should maintain only one active account
- Creating multiple accounts for the same person is prohibited
- We reserve the right to merge or suspend duplicate accounts
- Violations may result in service termination
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES & CONDUCT
4.1 Acceptable Use
You agree to use FylFlix only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe upon rights or restrict use by others. You specifically agree:
Legal Use:
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You will not use services for any illegal activities
- You will not violate tax laws or provide false information to authorities
- You will not engage in fraud, deception, or misrepresentation
Financial Information:
- All financial information provided is accurate and truthful
- You are responsible for accuracy of income, investments, and deductions
- You will not claim false or fraudulent deductions
- You warrant that all documents provided are authentic
Professional Relationships:
- You will comply with advice and guidance from Tax Experts and CAs
- You will provide complete and honest information during consultations
- You will not misrepresent your situation or financial status
- You will inform us of material changes before ITR filing
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to:
Unlawful Activities:
- Use Platform for illegal activities, fraud, or tax evasion
- Engage in money laundering or financial crimes
- Provide false information to government authorities
- Use services to violate any law or regulation
Data & Security Violations:
- Attempt to access, hack, or compromise the Platform
- Intercept or monitor data transmissions
- Reverse engineer or decompile our software
- Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Perform denial-of-service attacks or system overloads
Intellectual Property Violations:
- Reproduce, copy, or distribute Platform content without permission
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
- Create derivative works from our services
- Plagiarize or misattribute our content
Harassment & Misconduct:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse Tax Experts or support staff
- Send abusive, threatening, or defamatory messages
- Spam or send unsolicited communications
- Impersonate other users or staff
Misuse of Services:
- Create, distribute, or upload false or misleading documents
- Use services for purposes other than personal tax filing
- Provide services to third parties without authorization
- Use API or data in unauthorized ways
4.3 Consequences of Misconduct
Violations may result in:
- Immediate account suspension or termination
- Forfeiture of payments without refund
- Legal action and civil/criminal liability
- Cooperation with law enforcement and tax authorities
- Reporting to Income Tax Department or relevant authorities
5. SUBSCRIPTION & PAYMENT TERMS
5.1 Service Plans
FylFlix offers the following service plans:
Free Plan:
- Price: ₹0/month
- Includes: AI tax calculator, basic deduction suggestions, email support
- Duration: Ongoing access
- No credit card required
Pro Plan:
- Price: ₹999/month
- Includes: Free plan features + 24/7 CA consultation, personalized strategies, advanced optimization, GST filing, priority support
- Billing: Monthly
- Auto-renewal: Yes (unless canceled)
- Cancellation: Anytime, effective next billing cycle
Enterprise Plan:
- Price: Custom pricing based on requirements
- Includes: Everything in Pro + dedicated CA team, multi-entity support, custom integrations, quarterly tax planning
- Billing: Quarterly or annual
- Negotiated terms apply
One-Time Payment Options:
- Single consultation fee: ₹[Amount to be specified]
- ITR filing service: ₹[Amount to be specified]
- Additional services: Variable pricing
5.2 Payment Processing
Payment Method:
- All payments processed through Razorpay payment gateway
- Accepted methods: Credit cards, debit cards, net banking, UPI, wallet
- Bank account details processed securely by Razorpay
- We do not store your complete card/bank details
Payment Authorization:
- By providing payment details, you authorize Razorpay and WFYI Technology to charge your account
- You are responsible for keeping payment information current
- Payment failure may result in service suspension
Transaction Confirmation:
- You will receive a payment confirmation email
- Confirmation includes: Transaction ID, amount, date, reference number
- Invoice will be issued for corporate/business accounts
- GST may be applied as per applicable law
Currency:
- All payments are in Indian Rupees (₹)
- Pricing is in INR only
5.3 Billing & Invoicing
Billing Cycle:
- Monthly plans: Billed on the date of activation, then on same date each month
- Annual plans: Billed on first payment, then annually on same date
- Prorated billing: If you change plans mid-cycle, charges are prorated
Invoice Details:
- Invoice issued to registered email within 24 hours of payment
- Invoice includes: Service period, amount, transaction details, GST (if applicable)
- Invoices can be downloaded from account dashboard
- Keep invoices for tax records
Late Payment:
- If payment fails, we will attempt to recharge within 7 days
- Failure to remit payment may result in service suspension
- Resumed service may incur re-activation fees
5.4 Auto-Renewal Terms
For Subscription Plans:
- Pro Plan renews automatically monthly unless canceled
- You will receive renewal reminder 7 days before billing date
- Automatic renewal continues until you cancel
- Cancellation: Through account settings or by emailing info@wfyi.ai
Cancellation Process:
- Log into your account
- Go to "Subscription Settings" or "Billing"
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Or email info@wfyi.ai with "Subscription Cancellation" in subject
- Cancellation effective at end of current billing cycle
- No pro-rata refunds for partial months
6. REFUND POLICY
6.1 Refund Policy Statement
Current Refund Status: FylFlix currently does not offer refunds for subscription payments or one-time service payments.
6.2 No Refund Exceptions
- Subscription payments: Non-refundable once processed
- One-time payments: Non-refundable after service initiation
- Consultation fees: Non-refundable once consultation has been provided
- ITR filing fees: Non-refundable after filing has been submitted to Income Tax Department
6.3 Exceptions & Escalations
Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances:
Technical Failures:
- If service is completely unavailable for extended period (>48 hours)
- Due to Platform outage or system failure
- Customer provides evidence of non-service delivery
Fraudulent Charges:
- If unauthorized payment was made to your account
- If duplicate charges were applied in error
- Investigation required; may take 10-15 days
Process:
- Email info@wfyi.ai with "Refund Request" and supporting evidence
- Include: Transaction ID, reason, supporting documentation
- We will review and respond within 10 business days
- Approved refunds processed within 7-10 business days
6.4 Chargeback Policy
- Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account termination
- We investigate all chargebacks
- Resolved chargebacks result in account reinstatement
- Disputes should be resolved through our grievance redressal process
6.5 Subscription Cancellation
- Cancellation does not entitle you to refund for current month
- Services remain available until end of billing cycle
- After cancellation, renewal will not occur
- You can reactivate anytime by purchasing new subscription
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
7.1 Company Intellectual Property
Ownership: All intellectual property rights in FylFlix are owned by WFYI Technology:
- Website design and layout
- Software code and algorithms
- AI prediction models and technology
- Logos, trademarks, and branding
- Content (articles, guides, templates)
- Dashboard features and functionality
- Proprietary methods and processes
Protected Elements:
- "FylFlix" is a trademark of WFYI Technology
- All content is copyrighted (© WFYI Technology)
- Software is licensed, not sold
- Technology is confidential and proprietary
7.2 License Grant to User
Limited License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and use the Platform for personal, lawful purposes
- View and download your own documents
- Use services for your own tax planning and ITR filing
- Make reasonable personal use as permitted by these Terms
License Restrictions: You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content
- Reverse engineer or decompile software
- Create derivative works
- Sell, rent, lease, or transfer access
- Republish our content without permission
- Use our trademarks or logos
- Access for commercial purposes (except using our services)
7.3 User Content
Your Documents & Information:
- You retain ownership of financial documents you upload
- By uploading, you grant us license to use for service delivery
- We use your data only as described in Privacy Policy
- You are responsible for accuracy and authenticity
- We do not claim ownership of your data
Permissions:
- You grant us permission to access, store, and process your documents
- We share documents with Tax Experts/CAs for service delivery
- We retain data for 7 years as per retention policy
- Deletion occurs after retention period unless you request earlier
7.4 User-Generated Content Disclaimer
- Any reviews, feedback, or suggestions become our property
- We may use feedback to improve services without compensation
- We are not obligated to implement suggestions
- By providing feedback, you waive rights to it
8. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS
8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
"AS-IS" BASIS: FylFlix Platform and Services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
DISCLAIMER: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
- Implied warranty of merchantability
- Implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose
- Implied warranty of non-infringement
- Warranty of accuracy or completeness
- Warranty of availability or uninterrupted service
- Warranty that services will meet your expectations
- Warranty that services are error-free or bug-free
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE:
- Services may contain errors, bugs, or defects
- Services may be interrupted or unavailable
- Data may be lost or corrupted
- Results may not match expectations
- Use is at your own risk
8.2 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY INDIAN LAW:
We are NOT liable for:

- Loss of profits, revenue, or income
- Loss of data, documents, or backups
- Loss of business opportunities
- Loss of goodwill or reputation
- Direct financial losses
Indirect Losses:
- Consequential damages
- Incidental damages
- Punitive damages
- Special damages
- Any damages arising from use or inability to use services
Specific Scenarios:
- Failure to make correct tax deductions or projections
- Inaccurate ITR filing (despite our best efforts)
- Tax assessment or penalties by Income Tax Department
- Incorrect AI predictions
- Data breaches or unauthorized access
- Platform downtime or service interruptions
- Loss of documents
- Disputes with Tax Experts or CAs
- Advice provided by professionals
Liability Cap:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months
- For free services, liability is zero
- This cap applies to all claims, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise
8.3 No Liability Scenarios
We are NOT liable for:
- Decisions you make based on our recommendations
- Your tax situation or outcomes with tax authorities
- Penalties or interest levied by Income Tax Department
- Your use of information for unauthorized purposes
- Third-party service failures (Razorpay, Google, MSG91)
- Acts beyond our reasonable control
- Your failure to provide accurate information
- Force majeure events
8.4 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WFYI Technology and its officers, employees, and agents from:
- Any claims arising from your use of services
- Violations of these Terms
- Breach of any law or regulation
- Disputes with third parties
- Inaccuracy of information you provided
- Your negligence or misconduct
- Claims by third parties relating to your documents
9. AI TAX PREDICTIONS DISCLAIMER
9.1 AI Prediction Nature

The AI Tax Savings Prediction tool provides estimates and predictions only, NOT guarantees.
What AI Predictions Are:
- Automated calculations based on information you provide
- Projections of potential tax savings
- Identification of common deductions
- Optimization suggestions
- Starting points for professional consultation
What AI Predictions Are NOT:
- Definitive tax advice
- Guarantee of actual tax savings
- Professional tax opinions
- Basis for official tax filing
- Legal or financial advice
- Certified tax assessments
9.2 Accuracy Limitations
AI Predictions May Be:
- Inaccurate or incomplete
- Based on incomplete information
- Subject to change based on new rules

- Get professional advice before acting
- Report any discrepancies immediately
- Update information if circumstances change
- Don't rely on AI predictions alone

The AI tool does NOT provide:
- Licensed tax advice
- Professional tax consultation
- Legal opinions
- Financial recommendations
- Investment guidance
- Certified assessments

10. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES DISCLAIMER
10.1 Scope of Professional Services
Our Tax Experts and Chartered Accountants (CAs) provide:

- Document review and guidance
- Communication with tax authorities
10.2 Licensed Professionals
Professional Credentials:
- All Tax Experts are trained professionals
- All CAs are licensed Chartered Accountants (qualified under CA Act, 1949)
- All professionals comply with professional ethics codes
- Professionals maintain professional liability insurance
Professional Standards:
- Services provided per professional standards of practice
- Professionals comply with CA regulations and guidelines
- Services subject to professional confidentiality
- Professionals maintain required professional development
10.3 No Guarantees on Outcomes
We do NOT guarantee:
- Approval of your ITR without queries
- No tax assessment by Income Tax Department
- Minimum tax savings
- Absence of penalties or interest
- Tax authority acceptance of filings
- Specific outcomes in disputes
Outcomes depend on:
- Income Tax Department decisions
- Government policy changes
- Your specific circumstances
- Information accuracy
- Changes in tax laws
- Professional judgment and experience
10.4 Communication with Tax Authorities
Our Representation:
- We may communicate with Income Tax Department on your behalf
- We file ITR with your consent and instructions
- We do NOT provide legal representation in court
- We do NOT represent you in formal tax disputes
- For legal representation, hire a tax lawyer separately
10.5 Professional Limitations
Our professionals are NOT:
- Lawyers (cannot provide legal advice)
- Financial advisors licensed under SEBI
- Insurance agents
- Real estate advisors
- Investment managers
- Court representatives
For specialized needs, consult appropriate professionals.
11. DOCUMENT AUTHENTICITY & USER RESPONSIBILITY
11.1 Document Authenticity Verification
We perform:
- Basic document format verification
- Data consistency checks
- Cross-reference with PAN database (future feature)
- Compliance review
- User verification
We do NOT guarantee:
- 100% authenticity of documents
- Document genuineness
- Absence of forged documents
- Prevention of all fraudulent uploads
11.2 User Responsibility for Documents
You represent and warrant:
- All documents you upload are authentic and genuine
- Documents belong to you or you have authorization to share
- Information in documents is accurate and truthful
- Documents are not forged, altered, or fraudulent
- You have not committed tax fraud or misrepresentation
- All income sources disclosed are legal and lawful
11.3 Fraudulent Documents
If we discover documents are fraudulent:
- We will immediately suspend your account
- We will delete fraudulent documents
- We will NOT file ITR with fraudulent information
- We will comply with legal obligations to report fraud
- We will cooperate with tax authorities
- You may face legal consequences
11.4 Consequences of Misrepresentation
If you provide false or fraudulent information:
- Your account will be terminated
- All payments forfeited without refund
- We will file required reports with authorities
- We will cooperate with investigations
- You accept full legal liability
- You may face civil and criminal penalties
- We reserve right to pursue legal action
11.5 Document Retention & Backup
- You are responsible for maintaining your own backups
- We retain documents for 7 years
- After 7 years, documents are securely deleted
- Download and save your documents regularly
- We are not liable for document loss beyond our control
12. TERMINATION OF SERVICES
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate services anytime by:
- Canceling subscription through account settings
- Emailing info@wfyi.ai with "Account Termination" request
- Closing your account through account dashboard
- Providing written notice to registered address
Effect of Termination:
- Subscription automatically cancels
- Access to Platform ceases immediately
- Your data retained for 7 years per retention policy
- You can request data deletion after legal retention
- No refund for current month
12.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your services immediately if you:
Breach of Terms:
- Violate these Terms & Conditions
- Misuse the Platform or services
- Provide false or fraudulent information
- Violate any law or regulation
Non-Payment:
- Fail to pay subscription or service fees
- Payment failure for 30+ days
- Chargebacks or payment disputes
- Insufficient account balance
Misconduct:
- Harassment or abuse of staff
- Threatening or abusive behavior
- Attempt to hack or compromise Platform
- Intellectual property violations
Fraud or Illegal Activity:
- Tax evasion or fraud
- Financial crimes
- Fraudulent document submission
- Non-compliance with legal obligations
- Suspicion of illegal activity
Other Violations:
- Misuse of AI tool predictions
- Non-compliance with professional advice
- Multiple policy violations
- Safety or security risks
12.3 Termination Process
Notification:
- We will notify you of termination in writing
- Notice sent to registered email address
- Notice will include reason and effective date
- You have right to appeal (see grievance redressal)
Effect of Termination:
- Your account access ceases immediately
- Subscriptions terminate
- Data retained per retention policy
- No refund unless legally required
- You remain liable for outstanding fees
12.4 Data After Termination
Your data:
- Retained for 7 years per legal requirements
- May be used for legal/compliance purposes
- Will be securely deleted after retention period
- You can request deletion subject to legal obligations
- We may retain anonymized data for analytics
Your responsibility:
- Download and backup your data before termination
- Request data export if needed
- We are not liable for data loss after termination
- Backup downloads available during 30-day notice period
12.5 Survival of Terms
The following survive termination:
- Liability limitations
- Indemnification obligations

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & ARBITRATION
13.1 Informal Resolution
Before formal proceedings:

- Include: Issue, impact, resolution sought, supporting evidence
- We will respond within 7 business days
- We will attempt good-faith resolution
- Most issues resolved informally
13.2 Escalation Process
If informal resolution fails:
- Request escalation to management
- Senior review within 10 business days
- Proposed resolution offered
- If still unresolved, proceed to formal mechanisms
13.3 Mandatory Arbitration Clause
Except as noted below, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the Platform, or Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
Arbitration Terms:
- Arbitration conducted under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996
- Single arbitrator mutually agreed upon by parties
- If no agreement, arbitrator appointed by Indian Council of Arbitration
- Arbitration seat: New Delhi
- Language: English or Hindi as agreed
- Arbitration costs shared equally
- Arbitrator decision is final and binding
- Limited appeal rights
Arbitration Process:
- Claimant submits written notice to respondent
- Respondent submits response within 30 days
- Parties exchange evidence and documents
- Hearing conducted within 60 days
- Arbitrator issues decision within 90 days
- Decision binding on both parties
- Enforcement per arbitration laws
13.4 Exceptions to Arbitration
The following are NOT subject to arbitration and may be pursued in court:

13.5 Class Action Waiver
You agree:
- You cannot participate in class action suits against us
- You cannot consolidate claims with other users
- You cannot pursue collective relief
- Each dispute resolved individually via arbitration
- Class action waiver enforceable even if arbitration fails
14. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM
14.1 Grievance Categories
We handle grievances related to:
- Service quality or performance issues
- Incorrect tax calculations or advice
- Payment disputes or billing errors
- Unauthorized account access
- Data privacy violations
- Harassment by staff or professionals
- Contractual disputes

14.2 Grievance Filing Process (Per IT Act, 2000)
Step 1 - Initial Grievance:

- Subject: "Service Grievance" or "Complaint"
- Include: Your name, email, phone, account number, detailed description, evidence
- Keep copy for your records
Step 2 - Acknowledgment:
- We acknowledge within 24 hours
- Grievance reference number provided
- Expected resolution timeline communicated
- Contact person assigned
Step 3 - Investigation:
- Our team investigates thoroughly
- May request additional information
- Investigation period: 7-14 days

Step 4 - Resolution:
- Written response provided within 30 days

15. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

15.2 Notice of Changes
For significant changes:
- Notification via email to registered email
- In-app notification
- Posted on website with effective date
- Usually 30 days notice before effective date
For minor changes:

- Effective immediately
- Notification when you next log in
15.3 Acceptance of Changes

16. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
16.1 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with:
- Primary: Laws of the Republic of India
- Specific Acts:
- Information Technology Act, 2000
- Income Tax Act, 1961
- Income Tax Rules, 1962
- Indian Contract Act, 1872
- Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934
- RBI Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007
- Any other applicable Indian laws
- Regulations: Income Tax Department regulations, RBI guidelines, SEBI guidelines
16.2 Jurisdiction & Venue
Courts with Jurisdiction:
- Primary: Courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction
- Specific: District Court and High Court of Delhi
- All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi courts
- Arbitration seat is New Delhi per arbitration clause
Jurisdiction Waiver: By using the Platform, you:
- Consent to jurisdiction of New Delhi courts
- Waive objection to venue
- Agree to arbitration in New Delhi
- Agree not to file suits in other jurisdictions
16.3 Service of Process
- Service of legal notice via registered email to registered address
- Service via post to working address
- Deemed served 7 days after posting or emailing
- You authorize accepting service at email or registered address
16.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is:
- Deemed invalid or unenforceable
- Violates applicable law
- Conflicts with government regulations
Then:
- That provision is severable and removed
- Remaining Terms continue in full force
- The invalid provision replaced with legal equivalent
- Intent of Terms preserved as much as possible
17. SEVERABILITY
If any portion of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, unwarranted, or contrary to law, such portion shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if not possible, shall be severed. The remainder of the Terms shall remain in full force and effect.
