1. INTRODUCTION

At FylFlix (WFYI Technology Private Limited), we are committed to providing accurate AI-driven tax insights and professional filing services. As our services are digital in nature and involve the specialized time and expertise of Chartered Accountants and Tax Professionals, our Refund Policy is governed by the principle that professional time and intellectual property, once consumed, cannot be returned.
This Refund Policy is an integral part of our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By purchasing a subscription or service, you agree to be bound by the terms below.

2. GENERAL REFUND POLICY

2.1 Default Stance: No Refunds As detailed in Section 6 of our Terms & Conditions, FylFlix operates on a general No Refund Policy for all subscription plans (Pro & Enterprise) and completed professional services. By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that:

• You have reviewed the service features and scope.
• You understand that AI Tax Predictions are estimates only (as per T&C Section 9).
• You accept that service fees cover the license to use our technology and the reservation of professional resources.

2.2 Subscription Services * No Partial Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. No pro-rata refunds will be issued for unused days in a month or year.

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions set to auto-renew will be charged automatically. It is the user's responsibility to cancel prior to the renewal date to avoid future charges.

3. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS & SERVICE GUARANTEES

We stand by the quality and reliability of our services. While our general stance is strict regarding change-of-mind cancellations, we provide a 100% Money-Back Guarantee under the following specific "Non-Performance" conditions:

3.1 Service Commitment Failure

A full refund will be issued if FylFlix fails to deliver the specific features, reports, or professional assistance explicitly promised in your selected subscription plan.

• Scope: This applies if a core feature (e.g., "AI Tax Analysis Report" or "CA Review") is inaccessible or not provided during your active plan tenure despite your request.
• Exclusion: This does not apply to minor UI/UX preference issues or third-party downtime.

3.2 Statutory Deadline Guarantee

We value your peace of mind. You are eligible for a full refund if our Professional Team fails to complete your tax filing process before the official due date mandated by the Government of India.

• Critical Condition: This guarantee applies only if you have provided all necessary documents, accurate financial data, and responses to our team's queries at least 3 business days prior to the government deadline.
• Protection Clause: If a user submits data less than 3 business days before the deadline, FylFlix will make every effort to file on time but does not guarantee the deadline, and no refund will be issued for subsequent delays.

3.3 Technical Failure & Double Payment

• Double Charge: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error or technical glitch.
• Critical Service Outage: If the FylFlix Platform experiences a verified downtime exceeding 48 hours during a critical filing week (July/October), preventing you from utilizing paid features.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE SCENARIOS

For the avoidance of doubt, refunds will NOT be processed in the following scenarios:

1. Dissatisfaction with AI Predictions: As stated in T&C Section 9, AI predictions are estimates based on provided data. A refund cannot be claimed because the actual tax liability/refund differs from the AI prediction.
2. Change of Mind: You decided you no longer need the service after payment.
3. User Delays & Non-Cooperation: Failure to file on time because you did not provide necessary documents (Form 16, bank statements, etc.) to our CAs within the required timeframe.
4. Data Inaccuracy: Rejection of ITR, defective returns, or penalties levied by the Income Tax Department due to incorrect or incomplete data provided by the user (as per T&C Section 11).
5. Department Processing: Delays or errors caused by the Income Tax Department (ITD) portal, government API failures, or banking server issues.

5. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE

If you believe you qualify for an exception under Section 3, please follow this strict process to initiate a claim:
Step 1: Submit Request Email info@wfyi.ai within 7 days of the incident or transaction.

• Subject Line: "Refund Request - [Transaction ID]"
• Body: Explain the reason (e.g., "Missed Deadline despite early submission") and attach proof (payment receipt, timestamps of document submission).

Step 2: Review Our Finance and Compliance Team will review the request against our server logs, communication history, and service records. This review takes 7-10 business days.
Step 3: Decision & Processing * Approved: If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Funds typically reflect in your account within 5-7 business days after processing, depending on your bank/card issuer.

• Denied: If denied, you will receive a formal email explaining the reason based on this policy and our Terms & Conditions.

6. CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback with your credit card issuer or bank without first contacting our support team and following the Refund Process outlined above is a material breach of our Terms.
Consequences of Unauthorized Chargebacks:

• Immediate suspension of your FylFlix account.
• Permanent ban from future use of FylFlix services.
• Reporting of the incident to relevant credit bureaus or fraud prevention databases if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent.
